đ âď¸ Fully Here, Fully Feeling, Fully Living
This is a reflection on what Iâve come to understand about the flow of energy, and what I want to keep exploringâŚ
For a long time, I heard that we should not suppress our feelings. Then I came across Michael Singerâs teachings. He says: when something triggers you, donât react.
Instead, observe it, stay open, and let it pass through, like a wave of energy rising and falling.
But something inside me kept asking:
If I donât react, and I donât push it awayâthen where does the energy go?
I tried to follow the idea of letting go, but I didnât fully understand how it worked.
Just watching the feeling didnât always seem to help. Sometimes, the energy stayed stuck inside me.
Then, through my own experience, I began to sense something deeper:
That witnessing alone isnât enough.
That for energy to release, the feeling needs to be seen, felt.
What Iâve Come to Understand
Spiritual freedom is not about avoiding feelings. Itâs about meeting them fullyâwithout reacting, without suppressing. It begins with noticing, then pausing, then honoring the feeling with compassion:
âYes, I feel this. Itâs real. It makes sense.â
I let the feeling move through my bodyâwithout needing to fix it or feed it. I breathe with it. I allow space for it. And when Iâm ready, I ask:
âWhat is this feeling showing me and teaching me?â
âIs there something beautiful or useful here, too?â
âCan I see this from a different, softer angleâwithout denying whatâs true?â
This is how I release what is stuck, not by pushing it away, but by walking with it until it goes.
And I remind myself:
I can feel deeply without being consumed.
I can pause, learn and grow from it.
This is presence. This is living, experiencing and enjoying life fully.
