🌈 ☀️ Fully Here, Fully Feeling, Fully Living

This is a reflection on what I’ve come to understand about the flow of energy, and what I want to keep exploring…

For a long time, I heard that we should not suppress our feelings. Then I came across Michael Singer’s teachings. He says: when something triggers you, don’t react.
Instead, observe it, stay open, and let it pass through, like a wave of energy rising and falling.

But something inside me kept asking:

If I don’t react, and I don’t push it away—then where does the energy go?

I tried to follow the idea of letting go, but I didn’t fully understand how it worked.
Just watching the feeling didn’t always seem to help. Sometimes, the energy stayed stuck inside me.

Then, through my own experience, I began to sense something deeper:

That witnessing alone isn’t enough.
That for energy to release, the feeling needs to be seen, felt.

What I’ve Come to Understand

Spiritual freedom is not about avoiding feelings. It’s about meeting them fully—without reacting, without suppressing. It begins with noticing, then pausing, then honoring the feeling with compassion:

“Yes, I feel this. It’s real. It makes sense.”

I let the feeling move through my body—without needing to fix it or feed it. I breathe with it. I allow space for it. And when I’m ready, I ask:

“What is this feeling showing me and teaching me?”
“Is there something beautiful or useful here, too?”
“Can I see this from a different, softer angle—without denying what’s true?”

This is how I release what is stuck, not by pushing it away, but by walking with it until it goes.

And I remind myself:

I can feel deeply without being consumed.
I can pause, learn and grow from it.

This is presence. This is living, experiencing and enjoying life fully.
