Birth and Death

Birth and death are not opposites, they are two aspects of the same continuum. Rather than seeing death as an end, it should be viewed as a transformation, a return to the source. Just like a wave in the ocean, emerges, rises, and eventually returns to the ocean, individuals experience life, death, and rebirth in various forms.

The fear of death comes from misunderstanding the self and reality. By realizing we are part of a larger whole, we can see death as a natural part of life, leading to acceptance and peace. Embracing life fully, recognizing that both birth and death are essential to our existence

Time and Present

The past and future exist only in our minds—they’re concepts we’ve created, not actual experiences. By focusing too much on them, we lose touch with the present, the only moment we truly live. Instead, embrace the present. Be here now. Clinging to the idea of linear time brings unnecessary stress, while letting go opens the door to a more peaceful, connected life.

Let Go of the Past

Our sense of self is often shaped by past experiences and the stories we tell about who we are. By releasing these narratives, we become more adaptable and fluid, embracing ourselves as ever-evolving rather than fixed. We are not defined by our past; we are defined by the actions we take in this very moment.

Life is like a river, always moving forward. Clinging to the past is like trying to stop the river’s flow, which only leads to struggle and suffering. Letting go allows us to move with life, flowing freely and experiencing each moment without resistance. Accept the past fully, without judgment or regret. This acceptance frees us, allowing us to step forward unburdened, seeing each moment as a fresh beginning. Letting go isn’t about forgetting but releasing our attachment to past identities, pains, and regrets.

Self

Self is an illusion, each of us is a transient expression of the larger universe. We often see ourselves as separate entities, disconnected from the world around us. This amplifies the hostile to external world. Instead, each of us is like a wave in the ocean, distinct yet part of a greater whole. It’s important to recognize our interconnectedness with everything in the universe.

Meditation

To mediate, is to Observe. Meditation is not about reaching a specific destination; it’s about fully experiencing each moment, much like dance and music. In dance, the joy lies not in arriving somewhere but in embracing every step. In music, we don’t rush to the final note; instead, we savor each one as it unfolds. Similarly, meditation invites us to be present—not to strive for an outcome or enlightenment, but to immerse ourselves in the beauty of simply being.
