Reflection: The Meaning of Life

This morning I realized something profound: the meaning of life is simply to live. Nothing more. To wake up, to breathe, to eat, and to sleep — that is already enough.

If you had asked me before, I would have said for my life is to create a positive impact in the world and to live to the fullest potential of human experience. Those things are still important, but now I see them differently.

Life itself — the act of being alive — is already meaningful. Dreams and impact are not the foundation of meaning, but the expression of it. They are ways of celebrating the fact that I am here, alive, and breathing.
