Reflection: Heart opening more amid of Flux and Suffering

Suffering is an unavoidable part of human existence, because life is dynamic and always shifting. There is beauty, love, and joy — but also grief, loss, fear, and longing. We suffer because we cling to things staying the same, craving control, certainty, and lasting happiness in an impermanent world. And because we feel deeply, hope deeply, and care deeply, we also suffer deeply.

Maybe we can start with hold space for all of it, reflect on it with honesty, and not numb out or run away, stop trying to fix the emotions or the outcome. Breathe, soften, choose love, the heart is learning to hold more not less, open more not less . Maybe we can suffer a lot less by making peace with uncertainty, holding our joy and our sadness gently, building meaning and love even amidst pain.
